Anti-Inflammatory Juices
Five anti-inflammatory juices that we have pretty much every morning unless we have traveling or there are some other circumstances.
But for the most part, we have been incorporating anti-inflammatory drinks into my diet for about a year.
Boost our immune system
Now to boost our immune system so let us share with you the recipes and essentially walk you through our morning walk.

So one of the first few things we do when we wake up, make lemon water and we are sure you're all familiar with lemon water and all the benefits.
It has to offer it hydrates us the first thing in the morning, it alkalizes our body and it jump-starts the digestive process.
Lemons are also high in antioxidants including vitamin c and plant compounds flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory effects protecting cells from free radicals to make lemon water.
Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a cup add some water and sip on it throughout the morning.
You can make the lemon water as sour as you want just make sure, you use the juice from one lemon.
Because we are using organic lemons and want to use the peel as well, But of course, you don't need a juicer to squeeze lemon juice out of a lemon.
When it's hot outside we'll use relatively cold water when it's cold we'll use warm water the great thing about lemon water is that there really isn't any excuse to not make it.
It's affordable quick and really easy to make.

The second drink we have in the morning is a ginger shot.
Gingiva is the main bioactive compound responsible for much of ginger's medicinal properties now.
Ginger has a ton of health benefits but is probably the most known for fighting inflammation as well as the common cold.
Ginger is quite pricey so we make them at home all you need to make ginger shots is a ginger root and a lemon.
Ginger and lemon to a little bit milder with apples or oranges again you don't need any fancy equipment to make ginger shots all you need is a box grater.
But of course, if you have a blender or a juicer it's even easier homemade ginger shots are just as intense and spicy as the store-bought.

Celery juice, celery is very high in various blind compounds called phytonutrients.
Celery juice is also very hydrating alkalizing and rich in electrolytes. If we have our juicer out which is usually the case if we are making the two previous anti-inflammatory drinks in a juicer.
We use the juicer to make celery juice, if not we just use a blender the results are exactly the same it does take longer to make celery juice in a blender.
Though even if it's a high-speed blender because you have to strain it to get a really smooth juice.
Honestly enjoy the flavor it's very mild and really refreshing we should also mention that every now and then we add other green vegetables into the juice just to switch things up a bit taste.
It's 97% sweet 3% bitter on the back end of the taste. It would be a summer drink very refreshing really hot weather, we drink it all year round sure.
Honestly, it is really like, it's really hydrating like even as it hits your palate, it's just like we feel great.
We would say that the bitterness on the back is almost imperceptible, it's like three percent it's not very much.

Green smoothie which is technically the first food.
Green smoothie every single morning, To incorporate anti-inflammatory ingredients one of my favorite smoothies is a cucumber, pineapple smoothie.
Pineapple is rich in antioxidants including vitamin c flavonoids and phenolic acids.
It also contains a digestive enzyme called bromelain, all you need to make this green smoothie is coconut milk spinach.
Cucumber frozen pineapple and a banana blend on high until completely smooth other ingredients you could incorporate into your smoothies to fight.
Inflammation is pomegranate, berries, avocados, leafy greens, turmeric, or cinnamon.
A variety is key, so the more different antioxidants you can get the better last.

Elderberry tea you might have heard of elderberry it's an immune-boosting fruit, that's commonly taken as a supplement to treat cold or flu symptoms.
Elderberries are high in antioxidants including vitamin c flavonoids and phenolic acids.
Dried elderberries you can make a much more potent drink to make the tea.
Bring a pot of water to a boil then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes once the tea has finished simmering turn off the heat, let it rest for 5 minutes, and then strain it.
The tea has a tart and sweet taste with earthy undertones you can enjoy it hot on a cold day or if it's hot outside serve it over your eyes.
